ORBITAL Make Pneumatically Operated Riveting Machine with Auto Rivet
Feed Mechanism made of Fabricated steel structure complete with :
- Air Filter-Regulator-Lubricator.
- Electronic timer for stroke operation.
- Solenoid valve for operating machine.
- Electrical foot switch for actuation.
Specifications:
- Throat Depth : 225 mm
- Max. rivet size (O.D.) : 1 mm to 6 mm
- Max. rivet length : upto 20 mm
- Operating Air pressure : 5.5 Kg./Sq.Cm.
Rivet used in assembly should be tubular, hallow or with a counterlink
to be fed automatically. Machine cannot be used to feed solid rivets
automatically.
